Price conditions and reductions

• The prices quoted are per apartment per day for 2 persons for a minimum stay of 6 nights.
• For each additional person we charge €30 /night.
• Final cleaning is included in the price.
• Pets are not allowed
• No smoking
• Not barrier free

To be charged separately:

A tourist tax will be added to the rates shown: € 3,00 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure. For an extra cleaning we charge € 50.

Children discounts

Children up to 14 years pay € 25 /day.

Terms of payment

• Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a € 200 a week  deposit
• The deposit is non-refundable. The cancellation conditions listed below apply.
• Mandatory information according to the EU-Regulation N. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Platform for online dispute resolution for consumer disputes (ODR) to the European Commission: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
• Your booking will be definitively reserved once a o deposit payment has been made and we have provided written confirmation.

Arrival and departure

• Your apartment is available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and until 9:30 am on the day of departure.
• Our apartments are usually rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday. If you prefer a short stay, just send us a non-binding request. We will be happy to make you a detailed offer.

Cancellation conditions

• Cancellation conditions according to art. 1382 of the Civil Code.
• There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
• In case of a no-show or early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total amount.
• Please inform us in time if you cannot start your holiday.
